I purchased a new vehicle October 1,and have been waiting for refund of my overpayyment for three months. After numerous calls to GMAC (now ALLY) customer service, I am alyways told refund has been given to RPPS (credit card) .

I searched the internet and finally located RPPS. I contacted them, but was informed that they would not speak to a private invidicual only GMAC or another corporate client.

I keep getting the " run-around". No one seems to have my refund and no one will talk to me.

It only took my bank two days to get my monthly payment to GMAC, but after three months, I still do not have a refund.

Had an Experience with Gmac?
