Sold a lemon

I purchased a Buick at Baker Buick GMAC. From the onset my day went downhill starting with the salesman, Cliff Tucker. Firstly, he was giving me a vehicle with a missing passenger front floor mat. Secondly, I took the car to the shop because the audio system went completely out. They couldn't replicate and held the car for 2 weeks and the problem still was not resolved til 2 weeks later. Within the past 6 months I have taken that Buick for service about six times. I have been to the service department more than I was in the vehicle. Majority, of the time when taking the car for service, it was not done to perfection. I could never rate them 10. The last service done, I rated 10, but it was not worthy, but I felt empathy for them because I know the service department was trying to make it work. I was called in by Buick to perhaps exchange a vehicle but was not offered a good deal. I truly wanted another Buick but without the headaches, but the dealership wanted to try and beat me with a crazy deal when the car was originally purchased from them. LOUSY!!! All the way around. Copies of all service done/or not done uploaded.

I'm looking for some advice as to repair if someone has had the same problem

I have a 2005 GMC Sierra quad cab dual ac control looking for a suggestion as to repairing my ac control. I have replaced the actuator on the drivers side 3 times, and it's doing the same thing. Took it to the dealer, but it didn't act up, gets hot on the drivers side during operation while cold on the passengers side. Doesn't often happen, but it does if I shut it down for a while it's as if it resets itself then working fine. CAN Y YOU YOU GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTIONS

I purchased a Buick Enclave in June 2020 at the very onset I had issues. The salesman, Cliff Tucker, was making a sale without all the floor mats and missing cargo net in the vehicle. After having the car for nearly a week or so, the audio system went completely dead. I service department could not replicate the problem, so they held my car for about 2 weeks. Upon the car being in the shop for that period of time, someone in the service department drove my vehicle nearly 200 miles without my knowledge. My vehicle was constantly in out of the every month for some issue. I decided to trade in my car but was not given a good deal by Buick.

Wrongful repossession

My husband had a lease from GMAC that was due to be returned on 5/24/2020. He called GMAC to inquire about how this was being handled during the pandemic. They offered him to extend his lease for 6 months, but only could be done for 2 months at a time. Okay, we did the first 2 months, paid his payment x 2. No additional fees were required, no paperwork to sign. 2 weeks later he got a call saying he was late on his payment, he had a balance of $27.00. There was a fee that the previous rep forgot to tell him about. Okay, we paid that. The next 2 months we paid again with another fee, no paperwork to sign. The lat 2 months of the extension he calls to pay for that and is told that he has to fill out paperwork, which he questioned because he didnt for the last 4 months. She insisted that he complete the paperwork. She takes the payment and said shed email the paperwork. She calls him a couple days later to see if he got the email. He didnt and asked what email she used...it was a non working email and he asked her to send it to mine or mail it. She said she couldnt do that. It had to go to the original email. Well, we cant retrieve that then. Again, he asked her to go another route, nope. So we are paid up until 12/24/2020 and they repossessed the truck on 12/12/2020 due to this paperwork. Never late on a payment. Supervisor wont help. Now he will have a repossession on his credit over this. GMAC should really look into this. We have been perfect customers for over 25 years!

My car is out of warranty by a couple hundred miles. Ive read numerous complaints about customers having the same issue and gmail will not cover the problem I have a 2017 Chevy Malibu and when u put it in park it will not shut off keeps telling you to put it in park and it already is in park!! This is not acceptable especially when their is numerous complaints about this problem!!!!!

Unfair lease customer treatment

I leased a 2017 GMC Terrain from GMAC and drove the vehicle until the mileage was very close to being used up 5 months before the end of the lease term. I went back to the dealership to pay off the balance of the lease early and lease a 2020 Terrain. This was in November of 2019 and the salesman told me he was sorry but that GM was on strike and he had no inventory and could get no new cars to lease. I was in a situation where I was out of miles and had to choose from another manufacturers vehicles. Now GMAC is hounding me saying since I did not purchase the 2017 Terrain or lease another vehicle from GMAC I owe them a $500 fee. This is wrong! I will pay these *** the $500 to keep them from screwing up my credit but I will never, ever buy another GM product or finance anything through GMAC. Customer service is abysmal, they will not connect you to superiors and will not listen to anything you say to them. Buyer/Leasee beware!!!!!

Lien release letter on my Dodge truck

I need to contact GMAC about a lien release letter so that I can get my vehicle properly registered. I move from California to South Carolina my vehicle was broken into and a lot of my belonging was stolen including my registration and owner register title of ownership. Now I have no paperwork that says that I am the legal owner of my vehicle. So contact my DMV which is the state of California and they are telling me that GMAC, has a lien on my vehicle and that I will have to get a lien release letter from GMAC, but my problem is that I can't seem to get to the right department at GAMC so why I am writing this email to see if I can get some help in this matter. Because I can't get any paperwork, registration, Owner title until I get this matter to settle. GMAC does not have any legal lien on my vehicle I paid this truck off thirty years ago. Can you help
