please send all complaints about lease, collection and no responses to federal trade commission, more complaints they will take action. I have spoken to gmac they stated I owed money after I returned my smart lease almost a year later, I requested proof of why I owe, no response, went to collection, no response, when I requested proof in writing. I speak to people over seas and they really don't understand. now with GC services, they are horrible, still no proof. I fileda complaint with ftc and they said they work on class action complaints, the more they recieve the better, blogging is good but contact FTC. 128808f
