I am Christina Winberry, my fathers, William R. Sparkman, power of attorney. He paid his mortgage in full over $18,000, and has yet to receive his deed from GMAC! It has been almost 2 years since he sent the cashiers check paying this off. I would appreciate a phone call or the deed to his home and land. Who in their right minds sends a cashiers check for $18000 through regular mail...nobody. You would be sending personal checks so you can see when and who cashes the check... unless you are a drug dealer or something. |
