I just wanted to let everyone know that gmac is a piece of *** of a company.. They treat their customers like ***.... oh and when they tell you that you can be current and be approved for a modification that's crap.. They will not even consider you..sure you can spend your time and money to apply for a modification but once they get the documents all they will do is deny you the same day saying you can afford your property and we cant do anything for you at this time.. pretty much what they are saying is that they want you to fall behind so that you can cough up as much money as you can to them when it comes to all the fees and charges that will be added to your account.. Just some advice.. try and make your payments if you can otherwise if you are behind two months keep making one until you can catch up.. when you are three months behind keep sending 1.5 payments they cant foreclose on you.. 1287d45
