I called
GMAC in regards to Loan Modification, I was forward to Triton Law Group from a GMAC associate. After paying this company 3995.00 for the Modification to find out later they never sent the Modification packet into GMAC. I thought I could trust this company since GMAC sent me to them...boy was I wrong. I have been calling GMAC everyday and sometimes 2 to 3 times a day, and I am always told something different each time. I have had two suppervisors tell me we can do a short sale, and that department has told me no twice". I don't think anyone knows what is going on there, they don't care they still get their paycheck at the end of the week/. I have left countless voice mails to supervisors at GMAC and no return calls at all?. I started to keep a journal of who I talked to, date, time, and what was said,. I am glad I did! it has been nice to refer back to/. I found out last week my case was transfered to a supervisor for review, and they gave me her direct line!. I have called 8 times and left voice mails and no return calls to me:. Today I find out from a GMAC associate that she left a note on the account yesterday that she does not handle FHA cases and not sure why they gave my case to her, but
funny thing is she did not call me to tell me that! The biggest part of me wants to keep my home, and a small voice in side says go and you will never have to call
GMAC again;. I have
heart problems and this does not make it any better... 12878bf
