Parked our motorhome in a parking lot and when we returned the back passenger corner was damaged along with a deep scratch about 3 feet up on the side. GMAC refused to cover the scratch saying that it was done at a separate time. Not true! All damage was there when we returned to our coach. We weren't there so we have no idea how the damage was done. Neither do they. But it seems they can just say it didn't happen at the same time with no proof and decline coverage! Unbelievable. Basically calling my husband and I liars! We have paid for insurance on this motorhome for four years to the tune of over $8,000 and our first claim they totally screw us with this unbelievable claim adjustments! Has anyone else had this type of problem! Please recommend what to do -- have already talked to the Insurance Commissioner. Hope that helps! 1287884
