I have a mortgage, i good standing w GMAC and for last several months they have started calling me at all hours up to 6 times a day if payment not received by 3rd. The loan payment is due on the first but like all other mortgages it has a 15 day grace period". I have had this loan for about 7 yrs and have never missed a payment/. It is a rental and I pay when rent is paid?. I am feeling harassed and when i called them they said i could hire a lawyer for a cease and desist order? They must be really hard up for money,. I cannot even get an 800 number blocked from ATT/. I feel angry that i am being bullied to do something that is not part of our written agreement and am angry.. i have told my bookkeeper to pay by 3rd but it is not right.. i hope others call them out on this:. i will never use them again. 12877d8

Depending on where the weekend falls and when I get paid or when the renter pays. I have had the mortgage for more than 11 years. Never late. Yet when I made a electronic payment on the 4th. They call me on the 5th. Then they want to confirm all of my information, like I am planning on running off or something. My loan was assumed. I hate them as a Mortgage company and can not get refinanced out from them because my loan is now an investment property and home appraisals are down. |
