My VA Home Loan has recently been sold to GMAC mortgage, and it just so happens that back in August we had a huge hail storm in N". Missouri in which I received a $20,000 payout to fix my roof and the siding/. It took almost a month and a half to get the insurance adjuster to send me to documentation and check (Mid Oct)?.

I spent $20 to overnight the check to them and all documentation and because they said they needed 48 hrs to review it and they will overnight the check to me after they reviewed it,. It has been another 3 weeks and I still have not received my insurance money/. They are holding it and giving me excuses of why they won't pay,. I have never been late in my 7 years of owning the house!. I have tenants in the house and it is really frustrating/. So far, my opinion is that this company sucks. 128778b
