GMAC is a Corrupt and Deceitful Organization

Last July, I re-leased two new Chevy's as my old leases were up. Both vehicles were prepped to be returned BY THE DEALER (KELLER CHEVEROLET, Cheektowaga, NY) and I was told there would be no problems after I turned them in. About three months later I received a bill from GMAC for several dings (that I paid the dealer to fix) and two tires that they said were worn. I had replaced all the tires about eight months prior to turn in. I contacted these thieves to contest their claims and they would not renege. After several letters back and forth, they finally admitted there was no body damage and insisted I pay for two tires. I told them the tires must have been switched after I turned it in because, like I said, I had replaced all four tires right months before turn in. They continued to insist I owed the $181.00 for two tires and after I threatened to involve the NYS Attorney Generals office and my own attorney, they sent the $181.00 bill to a collection agency. The dealership (KELLER CHEVROLET in Cheektowaga, NY) was absolutely NO USE after I leased the vehicles from them and GMAC would not here of the fact that their agent lease return, ADESSA, was liable for the tires being taken. It is no wonder that GM stock is on the "SELL" list and that their consumer satisfaction rating is at 45%. I will be proceeding with legal actions against GM, GMAC, KELLER CHEVROLET in Cheektowaga, NY, and GC Services Limited Partnership, the collection agent they sent the $181.00 bill to. In my opinion, all of the afore mentioned businesses are deceitful, crooked, low-life, non-customer oriented organizations and I plan on having every government agency I can think of review this situation.
