Be very careful if you have a GMAC loan on an investment property. They told me I had to be 60 days late to be considered for a loan mod. I let it go 60 days so that I could get the loan mod. They refused the loan mod, then refused the next 2 payments and sent my loan to foreclosure. Then to bring it current they added on $1,900 for ADVERTISING, $162 for postage plus other charges - a $3,500 arrears became almost $9,000 to bring it current. Anyone else have this problem? I'd like to see a class action against them!! Worst company I have EVER dealt with! 128752b
