GMAC is out of control they continue to raise the amount of escrow due each year. My mortgage has gone up by $300 monthly and I can't seem to get out of the escrow account. They have given many numerous excuses based on what they find is convenient at that time. Excuses such as you have to wait for two years, you don't live in you property, you have to send in a letter which they will 'consider' all which are bogus excuses. Sounds like they are heading towards a class action law suit, based upon other complaints. 12874fc
