After I cancelled my policy following all the steps to do it, given the note for cancelletion on time, they withdraw the money from my account and didnt wanted to pay me back. I wasnt even using that insurace anymore because I cancelled it and after a long month they only gave me 20 dollars back out of 100 arguing they charge fees, and fees, and more fees.
I've had other auto insurances with different companies and they never did this to me. Plus the costumer service was horrible. whenever I ask the woman who was talking to me on the phone why was that and that other companies didnt do that, she was like.."Well I dont work for any other companies and those are our policies" Can u believe that????
