I had to default on my auto loan due to financial difficulties in my life. Instead of the company working with to try to lower my payments so that i could pay the remaining 2 years left on my auto loan, they repossed it. They sold it for $2995.00 at an auction and are billing me for $6995.00.
In good faith, I offered to pay $50.00 to $100.00 a month until the remaining balance was paid in full.
They wanted me to pay 300.00 a month on a vehicle I no longer own. Now they have turned me over to an attorney.
I hate GMAC! I hope they go bankrupt!
