GMAC complaint by Loria729
GMAC does not tell you that their online payment system may not necessarily make the payment even though you can print out a receipt. So you give the info in good faith but they don't take the payment so your next payment is late and now this is on your credit report. Then you ask to speak to a supervisor which starts yet another odyssey with GMAC. I've been told they didn't have any, call back later when the supervisor is not busy, and they are in a meeting. I still have not spoken with a supervisor. Next I will call my state representative to see if he is able to find this info for me on how I can speak to someone in charge at GMAC

I would never go back to Camino Real to have have my car serviced. It took them 5 times to figure out what was wrong with my AC. Everytime I took my car in I had to leave it for an entire week. It almost seemed like it was just left outdoors collecting dust. Even for something as simple as an oil change, they would keep my car over the weekend. I guees I'm too nice and that is why they took advantage of me.
