This company, Ally, Nuvell, GMAC, whoever the heck they are, is the nastiest, most inefficient company I have ever dealt with. the employees, including the management staff, one in particualr named Dawn, are rude, nasty, & harrassing & threatening. All the phone calls to my home & cell phone are ridiculous. Dawn told me I had not been in contact with them, which was a blatant out & out big fat lie!!! their so called business practices are unethical. While I know I was behind, they lied to me about the number of days I was behind & never bothered to check to see that I had made a payment just recently. Someone should investigate this company for unfair business practices. I intend to call the Better Business bureau to file a formal complaint & file a copy of it with FTC in Washington. They have to respond to that!!!! You guys stink, & I'm being nice!!!!! It also appears at this point I am blocked from making another pymt on line!!!! What a company!!!!! 1287085

Yeah, the FTC is going to take you REALLY seriously when you don't even have any idea who the company is.
