since gmac gave all there accounts to ally financing it has been a nightmare from didn't receive payments to a hardship my wife and i had financially i understand that if your behind it is my responsibility but when they repo my vehicle i was told by 4 different employees that i had 15 days to catch up and i did 8 days later to find out they towed my vehicle 188 miles from where i live and it is my responsibility to drive there and pick up the vehicle.the vehicle stayed in town only 5 days before it was transported 188 miles away to a auction lot they (ally)uses i think in this time and age when your struggling corporations like this one are heartless i will never own another vehicle financed through ally and i will let everybody i can know about this so called corporation 1287007
