I had a 2004 Gmc Denali financed through GMAC which later saold it auto loans to ALLY. Due to my wife having lost her job, I was still able to make my payments every month". Some times I had to make them later in the month which added late charges/. But the payments were still made within the month?. I would call Ally and ask them specifically waht amount was due,. After receiving the information, I would make a payment for the amount the representative, who was not American, told me;. Yet, the next bill would indicate a late more late charge,. Again, I would ask the rep how much is owed including late charges?. Everytime, I would pay what was told to me including what late charges were included". This went on to a tune of $791.37..Of course I have made several telephone call and been promised to hear something..Nothing happened. But in the mean time I paid off the vehicle and got the title. Still I was overcharged $791.37. Isn't it fun how ally can owe you money and not respond , but let someone owe Ally.. 1286fa9
